Recently I went through severe trauma and ended up in hospital. I called Natalia from HPartners about making a claim from my trauma insurance. Undaunted by initial negative feedback from my insurer, Natalia did a lot of research and encouraged me to submit a claim. Not only did the insurance company pay up, but they paid my claim in full!
